Supporting the Social-Emotional Well Being of Your School Community: A series sharing a proactive approach to embodying individual well-being, social connection, and 21-century school transformation.
Join us on Thursday afternoons beginning April 2nd for a 4-part proactive conversation on supporting your social-emotional wellbeing as you carry on your transformational work during these challenging times and beyond. The conversation will be co-facilitated by Subtle Distinctions, LINC’s holistic wellness and executive and individual coaching partners, as well as a thoughtful LINCspring Transformation Agent.
In this open forum for school leaders, we’ll discuss the issues, stressors, and strategies emerging as you lead schools during the COVID-19 outbreak and beyond. Topics will include:
Developing new levels of mind states, body awareness and vitality (in order to be more available to our communities and stakeholders in the educational process)
Engaging with practical tools to begin making who you are, and what you are connected to, better and healthier each day
Deepening an understanding of self-awareness & performance (especially in this trying time)
Ensuring that all members of the community feel cared for, including teachers, students, and families
Building teacher capacity for remote learning
Creating an environment of safety and trust
