Supporting the Social-Emotional Well Being of Your School Community: A series sharing a proactive approach to embodying individual well-being, social connection, and 21-century school transformation.

Join us on Thursday afternoons beginning April 2nd for a 4-part proactive conversation on supporting your social-emotional wellbeing as you carry on your transformational work during these challenging times and beyond. The conversation will be co-facilitated by Subtle Distinctions, LINC’s holistic wellness and executive and individual coaching partners, as well as a thoughtful LINCspring Transformation Agent.

In this open forum for school leaders, we’ll discuss the issues, stressors, and strategies emerging as you lead schools during the COVID-19 outbreak and beyond. Topics will include:

  • Developing new levels of mind states, body awareness and vitality (in order to be more available to our communities and stakeholders in the educational process)

  • Engaging with practical tools to begin making who you are, and what you are connected to, better and healthier each day

  • Deepening an understanding of self-awareness & performance (especially in this trying time)

  • Ensuring that all members of the community feel cared for, including teachers, students, and families

  • Building teacher capacity for remote learning

  • Creating an environment of safety and trust
