Developing a Culturally Responsive Learning Environment

In this LINCspring Cycle:

TLeaders and teachers will identify their biases and interpret their own cultural lens, which may lead to interpreting and evaluating students’ behavior resulting in low expectations or undervaluing the knowledge and skills that students bring to the classroom. Leaders and teachers will then examine their current awareness and student relationships to build a foundation of a culturally responsive learning environment.
