Keynote Speakers
Rachelle Dené Poth
Rachelle Dené Poth is an edtech consultant, presenter, attorney, author, and teacher of Spanish and STEAM: What’s nExT in Emerging Technology. Rachelle has a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law, a Master’s in Instructional Technology and is currently pursuing a second doctorate, focused on Educational Technology. Rachelle is an ISTE Certified Educator and recipient of the ISTE Making IT Happen Award and several presidential gold and silver awards for volunteer service. Since 2019, Rachelle has written seven books. ‘Her newest book “Things I Wish […] Knew” includes the voices of 50 educators from around the world. She is also a columnist for Getting Smart and a blogger for Defined Learning and NEO LMS.
Cassondra Corbin-Thaddies
Dr. Cassondra Corbin-Thaddies knows that empowered students become empowered adults! With over 26 years in education and adult learning, Cassondra has provided professional development and mindset work with leaders and educators in K-12 schools, nonprofit organizations, and higher education institutions. As a collaborator with Stanford University’s Graduate School of Education, she contributed to the design and course development of a professional development platform and has contributed to the EdTech Genome Project researching the impact of education technology on teaching and learning. Cassondra is the Director of Transformational Coaching at LINC and supports educators worldwide to become brave, risk-taking, pedagogical problem-solvers for students, especially Black and Brown students.
