LINCstream is LINC’s semi-annual conference for educators focused on student-centered learning. Free of cost and open to educators globally, the fully virtual conference will explore issues of equity, best practices for blended and hybrid learning, and leadership strategies for educational innovation. Dr. Arnetha Ball
Toward a Theory of Generative Change in Teacher Development
Dr. Arnetha Ball, Professor of Education in Curriculum Studies, Teacher Education and Educational Linguistics at Stanford University, will discuss how counter-narratives can be employed to build equity in classrooms. Dr. Ball’s transnational work has focused on investigating paradigms, principles, and practices that guide the preparation of teachers to work effectively with historically marginalized students across national boundaries.

Dee Lanier is a passionate educator and learner with over a decade of experience at the K-12 and collegiate level. Dee is an award-winning presenter, TEDx speaker, and LINC Transformation Manager. His interests in sociology, and race relations have inspired Dee in the creation of Solve in Time!, #MakerKitchen, gamified learning experiences, and the development of apps for mobile devices and Chromebooks. Dr. Stepan Mekhitarian
Preparing for the Post-Pandemic Classroom: Where Classroom Practice Meets Distance Learning
Dr. Stepan Mekhitarian serves as the Interim Director of Innovation, Instruction, Assessment and Accountability at Glendale Unified School District. Stepan previously served as the Coordinator of Data and Blended Learning in Los Angeles Unified School District and has been passionate about instructional technology and data-driven decision-making since his first year as a public school teacher. Stepan’s doctoral research at LMU’s Educational Leadership for Social Justice program focused on the skills and training needed to effectively implement blended learning across schools and systems.
Tiffany Wycoff

As a teacher and school leader, Tiffany Wycoff was an early adopter of blended learning at the K-12 level. After spending many years in the classroom teaching and several as a school principal, she co-founded LINC and now serves as Chief Operating Officer at LINC.
